About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy and roadmap for the company's loyalty program, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Design and implement innovative and personalized loyalty initiatives to drive customer engagement, retention, and increase the customer's lifetime value.
  • Design and deploy personalized Customers Journey to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Lead the development of loyalty program communications, including email campaigns, targeted offers, gifting strategy, and member communications.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to segment customers and tailor loyalty offerings and communications accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to loyalty program effectiveness, including member acquisition, engagement, redemption rates, and ROI.
  • Measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs and make recommendations for improvement based on insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to integrate loyalty initiatives across all touchpoints.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/ Education, preferably in Economics, Communications or Marketing
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Experience with a CRM Marketing platform is a plus
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
