About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field-based Medical Customer Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. As a key contact between the medical community and Bayer, you will play a crucial role in delivering value to both customers and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to build strong relationships and find timely solutions for patient journey challenges.
- Analyze and identify customer needs, implementing subsequent services using cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
- Pro-actively disseminate scientific, educational, research-related information to ensure the appropriate use of Bayer products.
- Organize one-to-one or small group scientific education activities and advisory boards.
- Partner with and engage Thought Leaders and other relevant stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
- Actively participate in and collaborate with the cross-functional product and customer teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human medicine, pharmacy, biology, veterinary medicine, or related fields.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs or Clinical Research preferred.
- High learning agility and ability to understand and learn around various disease areas and therapeutic options.
- Understanding of Swiss healthcare landscape including regulations and compliance.
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as project management skills.
