Unlocking Customer Potential at Bayer

As a Field-based Medical Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering value to customers and patients in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Your expertise will bridge the gap between the medical community and Bayer, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a scientific expert and key contact between customers and Bayer, understanding their needs and designing initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs, implement cutting-edge services, and share valuable insights with the internal team.
  • Proactively disseminate scientific information and facilitate educational activities, ensuring the appropriate use of Bayer products.
  • Partner with thought leaders and stakeholders, driving integrated brand strategies and implementing activities for the French-speaking region.
  • Identify investigator-initiated research ideas and support study implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human medicine, pharmacy, biology, veterinary medicine, or related fields.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Research, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to learn about various disease areas and therapeutic options.
  • Understanding of Swiss healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Fluency in French and English, with German as an advantage.
