Deine Aufgaben- Du bist verantwortlich für die effiziente Planung und Qualitätssicherung unserer Kurse.
- Du koordinierst Umbuchungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kursanmeldung.
- Du verwaltest Kundenprofile und bist für die Kursveröffentlichungen zuständig.
- Du betreust unsere Kunden und Mitarbeitenden mit Begeisterung über verschiedene Kanäle wie Telefon, E-Mail und am Empfang.
- Du optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Prozesse, um einen noch besseren Service zu gewährleisten.
- Du übernimmst die Planung der Raumressourcen und sorgst für eine optimale Nutzung unserer Infrastruktur.
- Du erledigst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben.
- Du magst die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und zeichnest dich durch deine freundliche und hilfsbereite Art aus.
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung.
- Der Umgang mit MS-Office und anderen Systemen bereitet dir Freude, und du beherrschst sie sicher.
- Dein Deutsch ist stilsicher, Kenntnisse in Italienisch oder Französisch sind von Vorteil.
- Du bist motiviert, initiativ und hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung oder Planung.
- Flache Hierarchien und kurze Kommunikationswege ermöglichen eine offene und dynamische Arbeitsumgebung
