Your Role and Responsibilities
You are passionate about creating impact with Data & AI – this is the place to be As Customer Success Data & AI Architect (m/f/x) you closely work with our core clients and assist them to leverage the maximum business potential with IBM technology. As a post sales technical expert you help to identify most promising use cases, develop achitecture designs, lead MPV or assist roll out projects. You act within the IBM client team, and build close relationships with our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with latest DATA & AI tech
  • Thorough understanding of the GenAI market and latest developments in the IT industry – at best also in academia – are required to qualify for the position.
  • In order to work closely with our product management proven technical skills and an intensive business acumen are highly relevant
  • Great presenter and communicator in German and English language

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Master degree level of technical capabilities combined with proven applied skills in an industry context.
