As a Digital Project Manager, you will participate in the development of the museum digital experience and engagement strategy, manage digital projects and develop digital experiences and contribute to the transversal and multidisciplinary approach of the projects

Main responsibilities
Participate in the development of the Museum's digital experience and engagement strategy:

  • Product owner of assigned digital projects and platforms to support the permanent and temporary exhibitions.
  • Participates in reflections and brainstorming with a view to establishing and improving the strategy of the Museum's digital ecosystem in line with its overall strategy.
  • Brings expertise and collaboration to connect the Museum's digital experiences to IOC internal and external partners.
  • Proposes and activates changes and improvements to the Museum's digital platforms and digital exhibition products.
  • Collaborates with the D&I department to establish the editorial plan for OFCH digital content and projects.
  • Actively works to upgrade and evolve legacy systems and content into new systems.
Manage digital projects and develop digital experiences

  • Agile project management.
  • UX Product owner and manager of digital projects.
  • Identifies, plans, and implements the specific actions to be carried out on the various platforms of the Museum and others.
  • Ensures project delivery, monitors their impact, compiles statistics, and writes the balance sheet of operations.
  • Proposes digital actions that engage visitors before and after the visit.
  • Promotes the adhesion of new audiences (young people, families, specific communities).
  • Manages the evolution and development of the Museum's website.
  • Ensures, supervises, and coordinates the realization of projects with the partners involved and the
- administrative follow-up (planning, budgets, contracts, more.)

Monitor the evolution of trends to anticipate the creation of appropriate tools and adopt the best strategy for the Museum:

  • Participates in monitoring actions and monitors digital developments at the museum and cultural events level.
  • Proposes a critical analysis of the data collected, reports its observations, and contributes to the formulation of recommendations relating to the innovations to be implemented.
Contribute to the transversal and multidisciplinary projects under guidance of Experience and Engagement Manager:

  • Participates as an expert in various projects.
  • Collaborate with Cultural Events team as their digital partner.

Our requirements

  • Diploma in communication, design or technology, specialization user experience.
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in digital project management, preferably in the cultural or educational environment.
  • Experience in technology design and interactive experiences.
  • Experience with CMS, API and digital ecosystems.
  • Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Interest and very good knowledge of the sporting and cultural world.
  • Mastery of digital networks.
  • Agile project manager.
  • Ability to adapt to the evolution of digital technology.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to mobilize and coordinate various internal and external interlocutors.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to deliver in short time.
  • Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules (Outlook, etc.)
