**L'Objectif du poste**:La banque BIC-BRED (Suisse) SA, basée à Genève, est la filiale suisse de la BRED Banque Populaire. Elle fait partie du Groupe BPCE, deuxième plus grand groupe bancaire Français. BIC-BRED a développé une activité de financement du négoce de matières premières (Commodity Trade Finance). La banque a été créée à Genève en 2015 et se démarque par sa très forte croissance.
Afin de renforcer ses équipes, la BIC-BRED recherche un Senior Relationship Manager avec 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine du financement des matières premières pour ses équipes de financement de négociants de métaux.
Vous aurez la possibilité d'évoluer dans des équipes dynamiques au sein d'un établissement bancaire en expansion.
Description de la mission
Le Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) est responsable de l'entretien et du développement d'un portefeuille de contreparties actives dans le négoce de métaux.
Sa responsabilité est de s'assurer, et de garantir dans la mesure de ses moyens, de:

- La qualité et la bonne connaissance de l'activité de ses clients,
- L'entrée en relation et de la présentation en Comité de crédit,
- La maîtrise de l'ensemble des risques (crédit, financiers, compliance etc..).

Sa position de Senior RM l'amène également à participer aux réunions portant sur l'activité commerciale, à coopérer avec les AO et le département accréditif pour assurer la mise en place et un suivi optimal des transactions. Il doit également travailler avec les départements compliance et juridique.
Le Senior RM doit contribuer à enrichir son portefeuille de clients, et rencontrer des prospects pour établir les bases d'une future relation commerciale.
Entre autres, il doit:

- Identifier rapidement les prospects présentant un intérêt pour la banque, et analyser les informations du client.
- Analyser le Client et ses éventuelles contreparties d'un point de vue crédit.
- Négocier une « Term Sheet » adaptée aux besoins du client et à l'appétit de risque de la banque
- Rédiger le dossier de crédit (mise en place de ligne), afin de présenter au comité de crédit une analyse pertinente des risques proposés.

**Résumé du poste**:Le Senior RM doit se documenter sur le marché et rester en contact régulier avec les différents intervenants pour s'informer des évolutions positives ou négatives pouvant avoir un impact sur son activité et sur son portefeuille en particulier. Il doit également assurer un reporting régulier à son responsable hiérarchique de manière à confirmer l'action entreprise auprès de ses clients. Il doit également être capable de travailler en équipe et d'être un mentor pour ses collègues plus juniors.

Compétences requises
Le Senior RM doit avoir une excellente connaissance des produits bancaires liés au financement des matières premières (TCF, Hedging, Syndication et préfinancements), des produits sous-jacents (métaux ferreux et non-ferreux), une excellente maîtrise de la structuration des opérations et une bonne compréhension du cycle de crédit et connaissances documentaires.
Il doit également:

- Identifier les opportunités de générer des revenus solides pour la Banque.
- Avoir une solide connaissance du cadre réglementaire et juridique dans lequel s'inscrit son activité.

**Expérience / compétences requises**:Qualifications/compétences et connaissances professionnelles:

- Capacité à défendre un dossier présenté en Comité et répondre aux éventuelles objections
- Maîtrise de l'anglais indispensable (une autre langue est un atout)
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion et de communication (écrite et verbale), de marketing, de crédit et de négociation.
- Capacité d'analyse et de gestion des risques.
- Connaissance de l'analyse financière.
- Capacité à collaborer et à travailler en équipe.
