About the Role

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to fill the position of Business Development Manager. As an intrapreneurial leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Prospect Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and prospects.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  3. Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and high consultant satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: A master's degree in business or engineering, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  2. Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  3. Culture Fit: A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. A collaborative and innovative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
