Job Title: Relationship Officer - Fixed Term Contract

At HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA, we're seeking a skilled Relationship Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to high net worth individuals, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high net worth clients, providing tailored solutions and services to meet their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of accommodation accounts, ensuring standard services are provided and opportunities for relationship deepening are identified.
  • Provide comprehensive banking and transaction services, ensuring all client data management issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client account opening documents are complete and accurate, and all data input is handled in a timely and consistent manner.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, etc.
  • At least 5 years of experience in private banking, preferably in client service or investment counseling.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, markets, and lending, as well as sophisticated products such as derivatives and structured products.
  • Excellent social and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Avaloq.
