Client Relationship Management Assistant in Wealth Management

Job Title: Client Relationship Management Assistant in Wealth Management
Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd is in search of a meticulous Client Relationship Management Assistant to enhance our Wealth Management division. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting Client Relationship Managers with their everyday tasks encompassing trading, marketing, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative and commercial assistance to Client Relationship Managers and Desk Head.
- Oversee cash management and corporate actions on a daily basis.
- Facilitate trades across diverse asset classes.
- Coordinate client meetings and business travel arrangements.
- Support compliance and customer-related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Address various administrative duties and ad-hoc requests.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related banking qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Avaloq is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- A proactive, responsible, and adaptable approach.
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
