Head of Client Relationship Management

Finders SA is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Wealth Management team as Head of Client Relationship Management. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established Swiss bank with a strong reputation for providing high-quality services.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, managing client portfolios, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the CRM team to achieve business objectives
- Manage client portfolios and develop new business opportunities
- Supervise and approve credit approval forms
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Define client relationship managers' yearly targets and assess annual performance
- Drive the hiring of new relationship managers
- Work closely with other departments for cross-selling strategies
- University degree in Finance or equivalent qualification
- 10 years' experience in servicing Wealth Management clients and business development
- Proven management skills in a similar function
- Ability to motivate and coach others
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss Wealth Management legal and regulatory aspects
- Risk awareness and high level of ethics
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Fluent English and French
