Client Relationship Manager

About the Role
Pictet Asset Services is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our LATAM and Swiss-based EAMs team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and fostering strong partnerships through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth.
- Assist clients with account openings, compliance, and tax profiles, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Present Pictet's services, identify cross-selling opportunities, and monitor client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client issues and collaborate with colleagues to resolve them.
- Manage pricing discussions and ensure accurate banking system updates.
- Participate in new business onboarding and collaborate with business development, risk, and compliance teams.
- Assist clients with regulatory and legal obligations.
- Negotiate Lombard loan requests and manage annual renewals.
- Oversee risk and compliance matters for assigned client portfolios.
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions in our CRM tool.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned relationship manager with a strong understanding of custodian banking services, Lombard loans, and financial products. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a best-in-class client servicing approach, and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner. Fluency in Spanish, French, and English is required, with Portuguese being an asset. Swiss residency is mandatory.
