About the Role:


The Client Service Officer will provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, handling client files and performing various tasks related to client servicing. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional client service and support to Relationship Managers and clients
  • Assist with day-to-day client servicing, including administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage client schedules, prepare meetings, and ensure timely communication
  • Process orders, trades, and transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Build relationships with internal partners to ensure operational efficiency
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:



  • Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in wealth management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and portfolio management
  • Excellent client orientation, autonomy, and communication skills
  • Bilingual English & French; Hebrew a strong plus
