WIPO Client Services Specialist

The WIPO Client Services Specialist will be responsible for providing high-level customer support to clients of the Madrid Registry, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Analyze client needs and provide guidance on trademark examination and registration processes.
b. Collaborate with the Madrid Operations Team to resolve complex client inquiries and issues.
c. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
a. First-level university degree in a relevant field, such as law or international relations.
b. At least three years of experience in trademark examination or registration processes.
Competencies:
a. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
b. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
c. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
d. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
