WIPO is seeking an eLearning Project Coordinator to support the development of intellectual property courses. This is a temporary contract for three months, with the possibility of extension.

About the Job

This role will involve supporting the IP eLearning program in researching and preparing course updates, monitoring content development deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of pedagogical outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the IP eLearning program in updating eLearning courses in line with new IP developments;
  • Maintain records of course content development deliverables and timelines;
  • Liaise with IP experts and project stakeholders on substantive and didactic development of new eLearning courses and learning tools;
  • Analyze eLearning preparations and research new developments in IP law and policy-related issues;
  • Participate in reviews of IP teaching information and materials developed for new or revamped eLearning courses and learning tools;
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on IP eLearning Program activities;
  • Provide logistical and administrative support as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An advanced university degree in law, political science, international relations, education, communications, or a related discipline;
  • Relevant professional experience at national and/or international levels, in the field of intellectual property law;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French written and spoken is required;
  • Strong client service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural team;
  • Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.).
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately CHF 8,000 per month, commensurate with their level of experience.
