Salary: CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing grant processes, from data collection and storage to monitoring and reporting. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all stages of grant management comply with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with specific projects within the Grant Management division.
- Manage data collection, storage, monitoring, and reporting related to grants.
- Ensure all stages of grant management comply with established procedures.
- Develop and manage effective work plans, communicate planning at the country level, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks and manage conflicting priorities in high-volume portfolios.
- Represent the Global Fund with partners on specific projects/tasks.
Requirements:
- A university degree in public or business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional training or self-study/work experience.
- Proven experience in project or program management, preferably with an international development organization, financial institution, or similar experience in the private sector.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, with good knowledge of French or one of the following: Arabic, Portuguese, Russian.
