Experienced Senior IT Project Manager Sought for SAP SuccessFactors Implementation in Geneva

Your Mission:

To strengthen our Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of the SuccessFactors suite in the Financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical project management leadership for the implementation of the SuccessFactors suite in the Financial industry.
  • Collaborate actively with internal project teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leverage previous implementation experience to critically evaluate decisions regarding functional and technical elements, ensuring high-quality implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create implementation plans.
  • Assist in designing HR operating models and optimizing HR processes as part of the implementation.
  • Coordinate the configuration of SuccessFactors modules to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Facilitate system integration with other legacy HR systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SuccessFactors functionality.

About You:

We're seeking an exceptional candidate with a Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, along with significant experience in implementing SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Interview Scheduling, Data Warehouse, Time Tracking, Talent Marketplace & Skills, Employee Listening, and Case Management.

A deep understanding of HR operating models and HR process design is essential. Proven track record of successfully leading multi-year/multi-million SuccessFactors end-to-end implementations, with SAP certification and technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules, as well as system integrations with legacy platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in French and English, and Swiss residency.
