Delivering results-oriented projects requires a seasoned leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic vision. As a Senior Project Lead at EPAM, you will oversee high-stakes initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing complex projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. With a deep understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery, on-time and within budget.

You will work closely with our account managers, solution architects, and technology consultants to develop and execute project plans that meet client needs. Your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and success
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans
  • Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project visibility and progress
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Fluent English language proficiency (additional languages a plus)
