Job Title: Relationship Officer - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our high net worth clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for high net worth clients, providing tailored solutions and services to meet their financial needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in private banking, with a focus on client service and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and lending, with a good understanding of sophisticated products such as derivatives and structured products.
