About the role


Reporting to the Head of Product Development Credit, Join us in this exciting role and support our FinanceScout team as our new Product Manager.


In an agile, cross-functional team of highly dedicated engineers, a product designer and marketing functions, you will help Swiss residents in one of their most important life decisions: getting credit to fulfil their dreams.

You will create new and extend existing products while prioritising the sweet spot in consumer and business value.

About the position

  • Gain a deep understanding of the market, industry, and future trends and incorporate this knowledge into Product development
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs gathering feedback and analyzing data
  • Drive the most needed improvements to achieve goals
  • Help shape the product vision and support the execution creating roadmaps and prioritizing the features in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships and alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Define product requirements and create detailed specifications and user stories to guide development
  • Define and analyse metrics (KPIs, etc.) that measure and ensure the success of the product
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, operations and legal, to ensure successful product development and launch

Qualifications:

  • You know and have worked with the Agile methodology before
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a product manager or in another comparable position in digital product development
  • You know how to collect and analyse market and customer feedback
  • You have the ability to write documents and clearly communicate in simple and easytounderstand language for a broad audience, including senior management, and colleagues across the organization
  • You are both an entrepreneurial person and a team player, fostering collaboration
  • You are solutionsoriented and think out of the box
  • You are fluent in English and German (both written and spoken), Swiss-German is considered a plus
  • You aim high and strive for excellence

Nice to have:

  • You have experience in the financial sector
  • You have higher education in business administration, product management, marketing, or similar
  • You have proven history of keeping promises, specifications and deadlines
