Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry.

Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank's work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence.

You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector.

By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.

Your field of responsibility


People Development covers two strategic HR fields and is responsible for the development of our employees through bank-wide People processes and all capability building efforts aligned to Credit Suisse strategy.

You support the People Development COO function in daily operating activities, financial & risk management and organizational/access/approval set-up.
You further support the management of budget and headcount, including forecasting, assist in business cases formulation and analysis. You will also have the opportunity to support our operations including continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Your qualifications and skills

You have:

  • Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled on a master's program
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • An ability to take responsibility for your actions, and seek new challenges
  • Fluent German and a solid working knowledge of English
  • A high standard of work and can take lastminute schedule changes in your stride
  • Good analytical skills and are quick to grasp the bigger picture.
