The Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO) delivers information technology & security, operations, and data management to enable the bank to operate, evolve and innovate in a safe and controlled environment with maximum efficiency.

Our work in CTOO is essential to the bank's growth strategy as we drive automation and digitalization and deliver key infrastructure investments.

We are also working to improve service management and delivery through enhanced IT platforms, standardization across core platforms and the build-out of data analytics, cloud and cyber security.

In line with the bank's ambition to operate with greater agility, we are also adapting our strategy to support future working models.


Your field of responsibility

  • Shape the digital transformation and overall strategy of the Chief Technology & Operations function by supporting key strategic initiatives and crossdivisional projects across the full life cycle
  • Drive the agenda and activities of the Chief Technology & Operations division by providing strategic support, senior management deliverables and presentations for Board of Directors, Executive Board, Investors and other stakeholders
  • Within this role you are enjoying high visibility thanks to regular interaction with top management
  • You will have high exposure to senior management and close collaboration with key decision makers

Your skills and experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience with excellent track record from a toptier strategy consulting firm
  • Excellent degree from a renowned university, further education / MBA is a strong plus
  • Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problemsolving capabilities and strong storyboarding skills; structured and resultsdriven approach
  • Capacity to build mandates and lead teams in complex and fast paced environment
  • Reliable with high attention to detail, high quality focus and ability to challenge conventional wisdom
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build sustainable relationships across the organization
  • Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for Technology, Engineering and Financial Services overall and comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German/additional languages is a plus
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
