Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry.

You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank.

The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

Duration: 12-18 months

Academic requirements:
Recently completed bachelor's, master's or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences

Your field of responsibility
You will support the Product Management Client Tax Reporting and Tax Claims team in their daily business.

The team is responsible for the products which support our worldwide individual private banking clients to complete their annual tax return (Client Tax Reporting) and to reclaim withholding taxes from tax authorities (Tax Claims).

You identify regional and global market needs and deliver assigned initiatives as per the defined roadmap in time and quality.

In collaboration with front organizations across the banks divisions, Tax Operations, Front Support, Group Tax, Legal, IT and external providers you contribute to the evolution of a sustainable Client Tax Reporting and Tax Claims product offering.

  • Recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business administration, banking or finance, taxation or economics

  • Demonstrated you are an independent thinker and selfstarter willing to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven reliability
  • Fluent English and German

  • Proactive, dedicated and selfconfident personality, who is able to drive innovation and
- generate sustainable solutions and ideas
