Career Start External Asset Manager

Notre programme Career Start offre une plate-forme idéale pour les diplômés qui souhaitent découvrir les spécificités du secteur financier. Tu débuteras ta mission principale au sein de ton domaine d'activité et tu changeras de département pendant 4 à 6 mois, de sorte à pouvoir acquérir de l'expérience en occupant différents postes, découvrir un large éventail de fonctions, te forger de nouvelles compétences et établir des réseaux stratégiques au sein de la banque. Le programme associe expériences pratiques, «Shadowing Days», formation structurée sur le lieu de travail et en dehors, défis stimulants et activités d'évaluation. Tu bénéficieras de l'opportunité d'être directement transféré(e) vers un poste de Junior à l'issue de ton programme Career Start.

**Ton domaine de responsabilité**

Tu assureras le travail au quotidien du suivi des gérants de fortune indépendants (EAMs). Tu seras en contact régulier avec eux pour les aider dans le suivi de leurs clients déposés à la banque. Que ce soit pour des ouvertures de comptes, le suivi des relations, des paiements, des actions spécifiques etcton aide sera précieuse pour notre équipe. La possibilité te sera également donnée d'interagir avec notre équipe des Investment Advisors qui conseillent et épaulent les EAMs sur l'aspect des marchés boursiers.

**Tes futurs collègues**

Tu évolueras au sein d'une équipe dynamique où règne une excellente ambiance. Certains de tes futurs collègues sont là depuis plusieurs années et d'autres ont commencé récemment. Ils sont tous prêts à t'intégrer rapidement dans l'équipe et à te coacher afin que tu apprennes un maximum sur la banque et nos clients et sur les multiples facettes qu'offre un stage dans une banque comme la nôtre.

**Tes qualifications et compétences**

As-tu le profil idéal pour ce rôle au sein du département External Asset Managers ? Tu as à présent l'occasion de nous démontrer que tes compétences, ton expérience et tes qualités correspondent parfaitement à ce que nous recherchons. Montre-nous que tu as:

- Achevé un Bachelor ou un Master en science économique et/ou sociales, en finance dans une université ou haute école
- Le désir de relever des défis et de montrer que tu es un membre d'équipe solidaire et flexible, capable de nouer des relations fortes
- La capacité d'assumer la responsabilité de tes actes et de rechercher de nouveaux défis
- De bonnes compétences communicationnelles, de la loyauté et la volonté d'aider
- De la curiosité à l'égard de ce qu'une grande société comme le Credit Suisse peut offrir et la motivation d'apprendre
- De solides notions de l'anglais professionnel
- Une attitude très motivée et flexible, et un esprit d'équipe
