**Pour un client, société Horlogère de la région de Geneve, nous cherchons**:
**Product Manager H/F**

**Votre mission**:

- Coordonner et suivre les activités de tous les acteurs des projets de développement.
- Etablir et suivre la planification des différentes étapes des projets en fonction des dates de lancement fixées.
- Consolider le brief produit le plus en amont possible et garantir la cohésion des constructions.
- Établir les fiches prix des produits.
- Collaborer avec les différents fournisseurs externes pour la réalisation et le développement de composants.
- Planifier et lancer les études et prototypes en collaboration avec les fournisseurs et le bureau technique.
- Définir et organiser les tests de qualification en vue de l'homologation du produit avec l'Assurance Qualité.
- Gérer les nouveaux produits et les prototypes : création de références et de nomenclatures.
- Suivre le budget de développement.

**Votre profil**:

- Expérience de 5 à 7 ans dans un poste similaire dans l'industrie horlogère.
- Très bonnes connaissances de l'habillage horloger et du mouvement.
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes.
- Passion pour l'horlogerie et le domaine du luxe.
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Pack Office /MS Project/Adobe un atout).
- Rigueur, esprit d'équipe et grande capacité d'adaptation.
- Excellent sens de la communication et orienté solutions.
- Français courant ; anglais un fort atout
