Administration Manager

As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including finance, human resources and operations. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that our business operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Tasks
- Oversee all administrative functions, including finance, human resources and operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Cooperate with external accounting office
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute on company strategy
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administration or operations management, preferably in a startup or highgrowth company
- Strong understanding of finance, human resources and operations functions
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management
- Fluent English and German (C1)
