**Vos principales responsabilités**
- Assurer l'efficacité et l'amélioration continue de la culture et des systèmes de sécurité, de santé et d'environnement dans un environnement riche, complexe, rassemblant plus de 700 personnes et plusieurs dizaines laboratoires et de bureaux à vocations différentes
- Établir des relations de travail efficaces avec l'ensemble de la direction locale afin de promouvoir, d'encourager et de soutenir un engagement fort et durable en faveur de la santé, de la sécurité et de l'environnement
- Définir, développer, et assurer (en partie) la formation du personnel pour les sujets SHE;
- Mettre en place des plans d'action préventifs et correctifs ainsi que des plans d'amélioration continue
- Effectuer des évaluations des risques, des audits, des inspections, et des enquêtes sur les incidents/accidents ; participer aux audits et inspections externes.
- Veiller au respect des réglementations en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement et des exigences du groupe ;

**Ce que vous apportez**
- Diplôme de niveau Master, de préférence en chimie
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle SHE, de préférence dans l'industrie chimique, pharmaceutique, cosmétique ou alimentaire
- Bonne compréhension des problématiques concrètes du travail en laboratoires
- Titulaire d'une qualification professionnelle SHE (ingénieur de sécurité CFST ou équivalent).
- Français courant, et connaissances suffisantes en anglais pour communiquer à l'écrit et à l'oral dans un cadre professionnel et technique
- Fortes compétences interpersonnelles ; Être un leader pragmatique et indépendant
- Encourager et soutenir une réelle passion et un engagement pour une performance SHE de classe mondiale;
