Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technicien Support IT Onsite avec 2 à 3 ans d'expérience, pour offrir un soutien technique direct aux utilisateurs sur plusieurs sites à Genève. Ce poste nécessite une grande mobilité et la capacité de gérer les équipements informatiques, notamment la préparation des ordinateurs portables, la gestion des stocks et l'inventaire.
Responsabilités- Fournir un support technique sur site aux utilisateurs, résoudre efficacement et professionnellement les problèmes informatiques.
- Préparer et configurer les ordinateurs portables pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.
- Gérer l'inventaire des équipements informatiques et maintenir à jour les registres de stock.
- Se déplacer entre les différents sites du client à Genève pour assurer le soutien et la maintenance.
- Installer et configurer des logiciels et des systèmes d'exploitation.
- Participer à des projets de mise à jour et de déploiement de nouveaux équipements.
- Formation en informatique ou expérience équivalente avec au moins 2 à 3 ans dans un poste de soutien technique.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Personnalité dynamique, proactive et orientée vers l'action.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
