Nous sommes à la recherche d'un manager commercial expérimenté, chargé de solliciter et de traiter de manière proactive les opportunités de vente. Il s'assure que les affaires sont transférées correctement et en temps voulu pour une bonne prestation de services. Il participe à la gestion de toutes les activités quotidiennes liées à la vente en mettant l'accent sur l'établissement de relations à long terme avec les clients, fondées sur la valeur, qui permettent d'atteindre les objectifs de vente. Atteindre les objectifs de vente personnels.

**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Veiller à ce que l'équipe comprenne parfaitement l'importance réelle et la priorité de sa base de comptes actuelle, et qu'elle priorise ses efforts en conséquence.
Gérer ses propres comptes, ainsi que les comptes clés DOSM de différents segments.
Mener un minimum de 60 appels d'offres par mois, 10 réceptions de clients et des inspections de sites.
Enregistrer toutes les activités dans S&C
Veiller à ce que la stratégie soit axée sur l'établissement de nouveaux contacts avec les clients et l'obtention d'informations détaillées sur les recettes potentielles de ces comptes.
Examiner en permanence la production réelle de chaque compte par rapport au potentiel de ce compte. Examiner et améliorer en permanence la base de clients.
Participer à des voyages de familiarisation avec les clients, à des inspections de sites, à des voyages de vente et à des expositions itinérantes, selon les besoins, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente de l'hôtel.
Tenir à jour des rapports de gestion précis sur les résultats commerciaux et les plans d'action associés.
Forte expérience de la vente sur les principaux marchés d'approvisionnement, par exemple la Suisse, le Royaume-Uni, les États-Unis, les Pays-Bas, le Bénélux, l'Allemagne, l'Italie, le Moyen-Orient

**PROFIL**
Minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire dans un hôtel 5 étoiles
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Compétences informatiques avancées (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
Excellentes capacités de communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
Capacité à gérer les relations avec les membres de l'équipe, les propriétaires, les grandes entreprises et les clients du secteur des loisirs.
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante
Fort esprit d'équipe
Réel intérêt pour les univers du goût, du son, du corps, de la scene et de la prise de position
Excellente présentation personnelle
Motivation personnelle
Grande capacité d'adaptation, acceptation du changement, ingéniosité
Polyvalence, efficacité dans l'accomplissement de tâches variées.
