As Beverage&Food Coordinator you will assist the Beverage + Food Manager in the administrative management of the department. You will play a vital role in the orchestration and smooth running of catering operations and in the success of the first W hotel in Switzerland

Here's what you'll be doing:
You will be behind the scenes, coordinating catering operations to ensure an exceptional experience in the catering outlets.

As a true planner, you will be in charge of the department's administration.

Drawing up menus and analysing catering sales hold no secrets for you.

You will assist the B&F Manager and the Venues Director and Bars Manager in drawing up schedules. You will also be responsible for time control, managing training and development plans for the B&F team, as well as being both a quality inspector and a team builder. You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the various catering departments and talents, and for developing their skills.
