**DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION**

Our Marketing and Communication department is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can bring the W brand to life through all facets of the hotel and bring passion to the department.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director in administrative matters and projects such as: coordinating social media, marketing and public relations, greeting and directing guests, answering phone calls, and handling guest requests by coordinating requests and needs with the relevant departments.

**PROFILE REQUIRED**

Strong networking skills with a taste for creating and organising events.

Connected to the local scene or good knowledge of current and local trends.

Minimum of one year experience in branding, marketing/PR and trends.

Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance

Knowledge of In Design, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset; knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.

Knowledge of digital platforms.

Very good communication skills, with the ability to interact with key players.

Very good written communication skills.

French and English required.

Ability to lead projects and manage several different tasks.
Ability to work independently.
