A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

Our Marketing and Communications department is looking for a Marketing & PR Coordinator who can bring the W brand to life across all facets of the establishment and bring passion to the department.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director in organising various projects to promote the establishment. In addition, he/she has excellent communication skills and an excellent presentation. Versatile, autonomous and comfortable using a variety of digital platforms, the ideal candidate will have a real understanding of the W culture (values, passion points, personality) and its positioning in the hotel market.

What are you going to do :
- Management of the hotel's screens and e-compendium
- Management of hotel and venue websites (maintenance, updates)
- Updating partner websites on which the hotel has a presence
- Responding to customer comments on social networks
- Monitoring digital marketing activities
- Creation of email campaigns to promote the hotel
- Production of print and electronic promotional material (collaterals, point-of-sale advertising, posters, brochures, flyers, PPT presentations, etc.)
- Coordination of press trips
- Attendance at key events for the hotel and its promotion
- Accompanying press groups on tours of the hotel
- Researching and ordering goodies/amenities
- Support during photo and video shoots
- Organisation of Marriott Bonvoy Moments for programm members
- Supporting the Sales Department
- Ensuring compliance with the W Brand Standards for all internal and external communications and visuals

PROFILE

Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded and friendly, diplomatic and organised
Excellent presentation skills
Fluency in spoken and written French and English required
Good writing and translation skills
Computer and office software skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CMS, Outlook, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat)
Connected to the local scene or good knowledge of current and local trends
Ability to lead projects and manage several different tasks
Ability to work independently
Perfect knowledge of the product and the various services on offer
At least 1 year's experience in marketing / PR in another hotel business
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance

Position to be filled from July 2024
