THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented e-Commerce and digital marketing professional to drive our Direct-to-Consumer business.

You'll drive the global e-Commerce strategy for all our brands.

You'll lead a small team of passionate individuals to help grow revenue through acquisition, conversion, and retention, and be responsible for the full end-to-end DTC customer experience.


You'll bring fresh ideas to the table and have the confidence to explore new avenues and channels to increase our customer database, driving brand loyalty.


Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the DTC P&L, forecasting and budgets
  • Define and develop digital acquisition strategies, plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive eCommerce growth
  • Drive revenue growth by improving user experience, content, conversion etc.
  • Implement website development with the 3rd party agency to support in the delivery of new functionalities
  • Report frequently on eCommerce activities and digital channels' efficiency to the senior management team
  • Manage and support the eCommerce team, with a lot of scope for future development
  • Manage external agencies / suppliers to ensure website and campaigns performance

Requirements:


This role really requires someone passionate about e-Commerce, ahead of the curve, not afraid to think out of the box to drive growth.


  • 45 years of experience in a similar role
  • Worked with metabusiness suite & google ads to drive sales through paid media.
  • Fluent with CMS platforms (Shopify is a plus)
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Ometria is a plus)
  • Expert user of Google Analytics and analytics tools, to turn data into actionable CRO insights
  • Proven track record in delivering eCommerce growth in a consumer led brand
  • Proven track record on multichannels and digital marketing strategies and budget optimisation
  • Experience within an omnichannel brand, and comfortable working alongside a B2B sales team
  • Experience working with 3PL's and integrations
  • Management experience and strong stakeholder relationship skills
