**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

En tant que "Talent", vous représentez pour nos clients l’art de vivre W. Vous êtes l’essence même de la marque. Les Talent se distinguent par leur personnalité et leur passion pour les lieux à la fois espiègle, chaleureux et accueillant tels que les hôtels W.

En tant que Bars Manager, vous serez directement rattaché au Beverage & Food Manager et jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le succès de l'ouverture du W Verbier.

Vous serez responsable de la planification à court et à long terme et des opérations quotidiennes des lieux, en assurant le service de haut niveau requis pour le restaurant, conformément aux normes du W et au concept original.

Vous planifierez et dirigerez les talents dans leurs tâches et interagirez de manière proactive et positive avec les clients.

**PROFIL**

Vous avez une expérience préalable dans un hôtel 5*.

Vous devez avoir des connaissances exceptionnelles en matière de boissons et de nourriture, de barman et de mixologie.

Vous avez une affinité naturelle avec les tendances stylistiques.

Vous avez le sens du détail et vous recherchez toujours la perfection.

Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et une attitude positive et optimiste au travail et dans la vie.

Vous êtes créatif et pensez toujours à de nouvelles façons de faire les choses, vous acceptez le changement.

Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais.

Vous devez être très motivé(e)

Réel intérêt pour les univers du goût, du son, du corps, de la scène et de la prise de position

Vous avez le sens du détail et la passion d'offrir aux clients une expérience exceptionnelle.

Poste à pourvoir dès août 2024
