**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

En tant que "Talent", vous représentez pour nos clients l'art de vivre W. Vous êtes l'essence même de la marque. Les Talents se distinguent par leur personnalité et leur passion pour les lieux à la fois espiègle, chaleureux et accueillants tels que les hôtels W.

En tant qu'Assistant Bars Manager, vous reportez directement au Responsable des Bars. En son absence vous serez en charge de la planification à court et à long terme et des opérations quotidiennes du Living Room, de l'Off piste After ski et La Plage, en assurant le service de haut niveau requis pour le restaurant conformément aux normes du W et aux concepts originaux.
Vous planifiez et dirigez les talents dans leurs tâches et interagissez de manière proactive et positive avec les clients.

**Que ferez-vous ?**
En tant qu'Assistant Responsable des bars, vous travaillerez dans nos différents points de ventes, prendrez les commandes et servirez les boissons et les aliments aux clients de manière amicale, enthousiaste, professionnelle et opportune, en utilisant des techniques de vente suggestives.
Vous êtes toujours au courant de ce qui se passe.
Vous attribuez les postes, tâches et les tables aux différents talents de votre équipe
Contrôler les encaissements des clients
Maintenir l'état et la propreté des bars et des équipements de service.
Remplacer le responsable du bar pendant ses jours de congé.
Force de propositions et d'améliorations

**PROFIL**
Vous avez une première expérience dans un hôtel 5*.
Vous avez des connaissances exceptionnelles en matière de boissons et d'alimentation, de barman et de mixologie.
Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais
Réel intérêt pour les univers du goût, du son, du corps, de la scène et de la prise de position
Vous portez une grande attention au détail et êtes passionné à l'idée d'offrir une expérience mémorable aux clients.
