**DESCRIPTION DE L'OFFRE**

L’assistant marketing manager est à même de construire des relations solides et significatives pour le département et une communauté locale et créative, et possède une réelle connaissance de la culture W (valeurs, points de passion, personnalité) et de son positionnement sur le marché hôtelier.
De plus, il/elle a un excellent sens de la communication, capable de créer des productions collatérales grâce à ses compétences en event management et à son expérience.
Grâce à votre côté, créatif, alliés a une organisation sans faille, vous serez en charge de la mise à jour des contenus à publier sur les sites internet, OTA & FIT, réseaux sociaux etc
Vous planifiez, analysez et suivez la pertinence des postes sur les réseaux sociaux utilisés par l’hôtel.
Vous organiserez également les photos shoot au sein de l’hôtel et les moments Marriott Bonvoy pour les membres du programme.

**PROFIL**

Fort sens du networking avec un goût prononcé pour la création et l’organisation d’événements.
Minimum d’une année d’expérience dans l’image de marque, le marketing/PR et les tendances.
Réel intérêt pour les univers du goût, du son, du corps, de la scene et de la prise de position.
La connaissance d’In Design, d’Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop et d’Illustrator est un atout ; maîtrise indispensable à PowerPoint, Word, Excel et Outlook.
Maitrise des plateformes digitales.
Très bonne communication, avec la capacité d’échanger avec des acteurs clé.
Très bonne communication écrite.
Français et anglais nécessaires.
Posséder des qualités rédactionnelles et de traduction
Capacité de mener des projets et de gérer plusieurs tâches différentes.
Capacités de travailler en autonomie.
