Job description
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Direction
Accueil des clients, gestion des réclamations
Coordination entre les services réception, réservations & restaurants
Communiquer avec les équipes internes pour discuter des objectifs
Générer des prospects, établir des relations durables si nécessaire
Eriger des rapports sur les résultats de l'établissement
Veiller en permanence au détail
Salaire intéressant
Poste nourri logé au sein de la station

Issu(e) d'une formation hôtelière, vous avez une excellente présentation
Bonne aptitude en communication verbale et écrite
Capacité à garder son calme sous pression

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, une autre langue un atout
