Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

We are in search of a Digital Marketing Manager to join our expanding FinTech company. As a Digital Marketing Manager, your main task will be to create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to boost brand recognition and increase traffic to our website. You will supervise various digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid promotions, while also tracking and analyzing their effectiveness for enhancements.

The perfect candidate should have a solid background in digital marketing within the B2B sector, with a keen interest in banking and technology. This vital role calls for a strategic approach, keen attention to detail, and a fervor for keeping abreast of the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing. If you are a well-organized, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in digital marketing, we invite you to pursue this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the company's website and social media presence, ensuring top-quality, captivating content that drives traffic and generates leads
  • Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies to enhance traffic and revenue
  • Monitoring SEO performance
  • Improving user experience, lead funnels, and landing pages to boost interactivity and achieve high conversion rates
  • Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and delivering regular reports to the leadership team
  • Collaborating with other marketing and product team members to ensure cohesive and efficient marketing across all channels
  • Working closely with the sales team to aid in lead generation and nurture existing leads
  • Growing and managing the company's community by engaging with members on social media and devising strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty
  • Staying current on industry trends and best practices to incorporate them into the digital marketing strategy

Qualifications / Skillset

  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement
  • At least 3 to 5 years of successful experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software, technology, or financial sectors
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in an additional language (French or German) is advantageous
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing tactics and channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid promotions
  • Knowledge of web analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tool
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Keen interest in banking, technology, and financial domains
  • Driven, flexible, and maintains a positive attitude
