, le spécialiste du service à la personne en ligne, est à la recherche d'un Digital Marketing Executive (H/F) au sein de l'équipe marketing.

La vocation de Yoojo ? Rendre les services à domicile accessibles par l'usage et par le prix, en permettant de réserver en ligne des prestataires pour tous les services du quotidien.

**Vos missions**

Pour cela, vous devrez:

- Construire la stratégie d'acquisition et la stratégie de loyauté en collaboration avec l'équipe marketing
- Créer une stratégie de contenu et produire le contenu de marque des campagnes acquisition et loyauté : visuels, textes...
- Améliorer les audiences, segments, et les stratégies de placement et d'enchères
- Mettre en ligne / Envoyer des campagnes marketing sur les différents canaux
- Effectuer un suivi des campagnes et éditer des rapports sur l'efficacité des campagnes menées
- Effectuer des benchmarks réguliers sur les pratiques et l'animation commerciale de nos concurrents et d'entreprises inspirantes en général

**Profil recherché**:

- 2 ans d'expérience dans le marketing digital et plus particulièrement l'acquisition payante et la loyauté
- Maîtrise des outils d'acquisition payante: Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Maîtrise des solutions de marketing automation (Emarsys, Sendinblue)
- Esprit analytique et très bonnes capacités d'interprétation des données nécessaires
- Une appétence pour la création de contenu publicitaire, design et copywriting, est un plus
- La maîtrise de Figma et d'outils d'animation vidéos tels que Jitter est un plus
- Capacité à apprendre et faire par soi-même
- Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française et de l'orthographe

**Déroulement des entretiens**:
Le processus de recrutement se déroule en 3 étapes:

- Une étude de cas à présenter lors d'un second entretien avec l'équipe marketing

Rémunération selon profil

Salaire : à partir de CHF4'200.00 par mois
