Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Development of strategic sales plans to promote our industrial software solutions.
  • Identification and approach of potential customers in the manufacturing industry.
  • Maintenance of close relationships with customers and key decision makers.
  • Conducting needs analyses, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Close collaboration with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Preparation and negotiation of sales proposals and contracts to achieve profitable deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participation in industry conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong track record in sales, particularly in software, automation, or related industries.
  • Thorough knowledge of industrial software and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analysis tools.
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English, and knowledge of French is a plus.
