República Dominicana.Reportará directamente al jefe Comercial de Cenam y desarrollará los objetivos de ventas, gestionará el Equipo Comercial y contribuirá a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Tus responsabilidades serán, entre otras:
- Determinar la estructura óptima del Equipo de Ventas y liderar todas las actividades de ventas con base en el Plan de Mercadeo y Negocios.
- Contribuir a la contratación e identificación de talentos entre la Fuerza de Ventas; definir y participar en la formación de la Fuerza de Ventas.
- Determinar y dirigir las actividades de ventas (sobre el terreno y administrativas), basándose en los objetivos definidos en el Plan de Marketing, y dirigir la ejecución de los objetivos (médicos y farmacias).
- Implementar, supervisar y analizar el cumplimiento de las ratios de rendimiento definidos para medir la eficacia de la fuerza de ventas (SFE).
- Implementar programas de formación para mejorar las habilidades de la fuerza de ventas.
- Analizar las actividades de los Representantes Médicos sobre el terreno y proporcionar feedback/coaching para garantizar la alineación efectiva con las directrices de marketing, el uso adecuado de las herramientas y el cumplimiento de las normas de la empresa.
- Elaborar, preparar y completar el presupuesto anual de ventas y la previsión de beneficios junto con el Jefe Comercial de Cenam.
- Elaborar el presupuesto de ventas mensual en colaboración con el equipo de Finanzas.
- Determinar los objetivos por territorio (objetivos de ventas y cuota de mercado) y el canal del plan de ventas mensual, incluidos sus logros.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los resultados totales de ventas y de los resultados por territorio (objetivo individual de ventas y prescripciones) y preparar informes operativos de análisis mensual de ventas.
- Contribuir a la gestión del canal comercial y a la creación de redes con los principales clientes (distribuidores, cadenas de farmacias, líderes de opinión clave y grupos de interés clave).
- Preparar e implementar las promociones/reembolsos de ventas anuales para cadenas de farmacias y distribuidores de acuerdo con el Jefe Comercial de Cenam y el gerente de Finanzas.
- Dirigir, controlar y revisar los gastos de la Fuerza de Ventas y los gastos relacionados con dichas actividades.

- Titulación universitaria (en Administración, Marketing o campo relacionado).
- Estudios de postgrado en Marketing Ventas o Administración de Empresas, no excluyente.
- Experiência mínima de tres años como gerente de ventas / promoción o puestos similares en la Industria farmacéutica.
- Experiência comprobada en liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
- Profundo conocimiento del mercado farmacéutico de Republica Dominicana y red de negocios demostrada.
- Conocimiento del área comercial, Cadenas, distribuidores, cuentas claves.
- Manejo de personal, Equipo de Ventas, representantes médicos.
- Manejo de Actividades de Marketing y Médicas.
- Manejo de inventarios, pronóstico de ventas.
- Profundo conocimiento de las herramientas de auditoría del mercado farmacéutico: Close up, Focus Mix.
- Muy buenos conocimientos de software Windows
Con su avanzada mentalidad comunicativa, organizativa y orientada a los resultados, liderará con el ejemplo y fomentará las habilidades de su equipo.
