Die Hauptaufgabe unserer Kundenbetreuer besteht darin, unseren Kunden aussergewöhnliche Erfahrungen zu bieten Der Schlüssel dazu ist der Aufbau und die Entwicklung einer Beziehung über verschiedene Kanäle. (Telefon, Chat und E-Mail).

Verantwortlichkeiten :

  • Beantworten Sie Fragen und lösen Sie Kundenprobleme
  • Bearbeitung von Telefon- und E-Mail-Anfragen
  • Arbeiten Sie mit Kollegen zusammen
  • Hören Sie den Kunden zu
  • Sicherstellen der Qualität der Nachbearbeitung
  • Weiterleitung von Anfragen an die verschiedenen Abteilungen

  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position im Bereich Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sie sind lösungsorientiert

  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Computertools
