Our Customer Care Agent's key role is to offer our clients exceptional experiences The key is developing a rapport and building a relationship through various channels. (phone, chats, email).


Responsibilities :

  • Answer questions and solve customer problems
  • Handle phone and email inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues
  • Listen to customers
  • Ensure quality follow-up
  • Transfer requests to the different departments

Requirements

Your skills :

  • Experience in a similar position in customer relations
  • You are solution-oriented
  • Team player
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are flexible and rigorous
  • You have a sense of service
  • You have a good command of computer tools
  • Italian-French excellent level
