Dans le cadre d’une refonte globale de la stratégie CRM de la filière Clarins Suisse, nous recherchons un/une CRM Manager pour accompagner la filière dans le déploiement de la nouvelle Stratégie CRM de notre réseau de Boutiques & Skin Spa, de nos Grands Magasins et pour œuvrer à la cohérence des plans d’animation en omnicanalité avec le eCommerce.

Le/la CRM Manager est responsable de définir, analyser, améliorer la stratégie CRM opérationnelle B&SS, GM, omnicanale et des retailers de la marque Clarins sur le marché Suisse, en soutien de la distribution multicanale (E-commerce, Retail en propre, retailers). Il/elle définit le plan court et long terme et s’assure du suivi du déploiement en relation avec le/la CRM Coordinator. Il/elle est également garant de la connaissance de l’ensemble de la Base de données de clients Clarins (DTC, Retail propre, Retailers).

Le CRM Manager est rattaché au CRM & Customer Care Manager et travaille en étroite collaboration avec une CRM Coordinator ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des réseaux de distributions de Clarins Suisse pour s’assurer de la cohérence et de l’efficacité des communications et actions CRM dans le cadre d’une recherche croissante d’omnicanalité.

**Responsabilités du poste**:
**STRATÉGIE OPERATIONNELLE CRM OMNICANALE 25%**
- Définition des plans d’activation CRM des marchés Retail et omnicanaux avant validation avec le CRM & Customer Care Manager et suivi de sa mise en place en accord avec le calendrier défini.
- Coordination stratégique et opérationnelle avec le DTC et les Grands Magasins.
- Gestion de la stratégie des cycles trigger omnicanaux.
- Gestion des funnels de transformation des leads/prospects.
- Identification et mise en place de pour actions CRM autour des objectifs marchés.
- Accompagnement stratégique sur les actions CRM retailers.
- Evangélisation du CRM au niveau de la Suisse : Impliquer le Département Formation et s’assurer d’un partage de la culture CRM tant au siège qu’au sein du terrain.
- Création, Gestion et commandes des outils CRM (ex : Cadeau CRM VIP, support CRM boutique etc).
- S’assurer d’une visibilité optimale du CRM/Fidélité instore.

**ANALYTIQUE ET REPORTING 25%**
- Réalisation ou coordination d’analyses clients, de profils consommateurs et d’enquêtes en interne ou via des partenaires avec mise en place de pour actions CRM découlant des learnings dans les plans d’animation.
- Suivi de l’évolution des leads (exemple : Part des leads activés, transformés, perdus) et partage et transcription dans les plans de pour actions.
- Réalisations d’interviews 1-to-1 et de moment de rencontre/interviews avec nos clients.
- Réalisation et partage auprès des équipes d’un Customer Report Mensuel mettant en avant les évolutions des KPIs CRM et business des marchés avec proposition de plan d’action opérationnel.

**BACK UP OPERATIONNEL CRM 25%**
- Réalisation et déploiement des cycles automatiques.
- Réalisation et déploiement des campagnes de targeting spécifiques (ex. réactivations clients, targeting spécifiques)
- Reprise des communications CRM lors des périodes de congés de la Coordinatrice CRM.

**SUIVI DES PROJETS CRM ET LOGICIELS 10%**
- Participation aux ateliers de travail, d’analyse et de construction des projets CRM/Client.
- Participation aux phases de tests des projets liés au CRM.

**PILOTAGE DES PROGRAMMES FIDELITE 5%**
- Définir, piloter, adapter les programmes fidélité.
- Superviser le bon déroulé des programmes fidélité (fonctionnement du process, amélioration si nécessaire).
- Développement des supports nécessaires à leur promotion locale.

**BUDGET & SUIVI FORECASTS CADEAUX CRM 5%**
- Recommandation des besoins budget CRM.
- Suivi des dépenses du compte CRM.
- Réalisation et suivi des forecasts des cadeaux et produits à vocation CRM tout au long de l’année.

**VEILLE CONCURRENTIELLE 5%**
- Participation à la veille concurrentielle/tendance CRM online comme offline.
