Job Summary
Your Team
You will join the team of three Technical Representatives that provides the second-level technical service assignment. You will be covering BM Poland, BM Romania, Eltrak Greece, and Bulgaria.
What You Will Do:
- Consult the dealers for product quality challenges
- Shift from learning and assisting to fully contributing to broader, more complex, and challenging assignments
- Have a direct bottomline impact on Caterpillar and dealer financial results
- Work with dealers in managing Product Improvement Programs costeffectively and within designated timeframes
What You Have:
- Ability to work independently
- College or university degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 4 years prior experience in a field position
- Ability to communicate effectively in the workgroup, with dealer personnel and customers
Additional Information
The position requires travel 50% of the time, in & out of the region.
