Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position yourself from the outset to drive new product impacts.
  • Build and communicate operating recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Intervene quickly in the face of a blocking situation in production.
  • Identify and prioritize with representative partners the potential for improvement.
  • Propose, manage, and communicate the technological feasibility resulting from associated monitoring.
  • Define, develop, and ensure the application of the Best Practices Reference Guide.
  • Build a data management model.
  • Maintain and present a site roadmap annually.
  • Propose and monitor budgets accordingly.
  • Contribute to developing supplier partnerships.
  • Collaborate in the dynamics of Business Networks and skills management.

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with:

  • An EPF engineering degree or equivalent in robotics, mechanics, microtechnology, electronics, industrial computing, or automation.
  • Mastery of computer-aided design or manufacturing software.
  • Computer programming skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, following complex methodological processes.
  • A pronounced ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to seek consensus and adapt to demanding contexts.
  • A curious nature, with a personality showing discretion.
  • Ability to make proposals by demonstrating emotional intelligence.
  • Rigor and methodological approach.
  • Proficiency in technical English.
