Main Responsibilities:

Enterprise Integration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing systems architecture and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Design and implement information systems to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges as they arise during development, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and supervision to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead the development of the enterprise application integration (EAI) strategy, including service-oriented architecture (SOA), electronic data interchange (EDI), extract, transform, load (ETL), and data virtualization.
  • Define proactive activities for stability, performance optimization, and architecture enhancement, ensuring the integrity and scalability of the system.

API Development:

  • Design and develop APIs and integration flows, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration.
  • Implement APIs globally across various departments and entities, ensuring consistency and standardization.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Technology Expertise:

  • Utilize expertise in the Talend suite, microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and API Gateway.
  • Apply programming skills in Java / JEE and.NET, ensuring proficiency in multiple programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Camel, ActiveMQ, Kafka, Elastic, and SQL Server for database engineering, ensuring a deep understanding of data management and storage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application integration, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise data integration technologies and messaging-oriented middleware, including WebMethods, Tibco, Oracle, IBM, and Mule.

International Experience:

  • Previous experience working in large, international companies, with a proven ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Ability to contribute to decision-making processes, ensuring a global perspective and understanding of international business practices.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English and French is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Italian would be advantageous, but not required.
