Responsibilities

  • Support the Market Head Intermediaries Western CH & Americas in organizational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily business operations, including financials, projects, presentations, and business support.
  • Manage front-related business management activities and administrative tasks autonomously.
  • Act as the point of contact for Intermediaries Front Units.
  • Collaborate with Business Support of the Sub-Regions to set up useful data on business results, such as KPIs and follow-up of figures.
  • Support the implementation of various projects and processing of tasks for Intermediaries Western CH & Americas.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with individual departments of the Bank, acting as the interface to other internal stakeholders, mainly the Central Business Management team.
  • Execute analyses and evaluations.
  • Deliver on ad-hoc business deliverables and initiatives.

Professional and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Profound experience in the Intermediaries Business or Financial Industry.
  • Ability to adhere to legal and compliance guidelines, internal rules (Code of Conduct), internal policies, and industry-related external regulations.
  • Sound knowledge of operational tools, front-related systems, and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and expert in presentations.
  • French is a must; very good oral and written English skills; Spanish is an asset.
