Your role

As CRM Assistant Private Banking Europe at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Zurich you are an ambitious individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank’s success and provide permanent service to the Bank’s front units.

Your responsibilities
  • Support CRMs in overall day-to-day business
  • Account openings, closings and other documentations
  • Prepare client meetings, events and business trips
  • Monitor client portfolios, handling of client orders in the absence of CRMs, asset maturities and corporate actions
  • Help to prepare internal research publications
  • Dealing with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
  • Creating KYC files with the support of the CRM and managing the accounts opening and closing process
  • Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Your profile
  • Successfully completed bank apprenticeship and/or Bachelor in Banking and Finance
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a front office support role
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools as well as knowledge of Avaloq and Bloomberg
  • Detail oriented, reliable and attitude to work well under pressure as well as excellent sense of responsibility and proactivity with strong customer service ethics
  • Fluency in English and German, as well as other languages would be an advantage (Spanish or French)
