For our Institutional Equities Division in Zurich, we are looking for a Sales Assistant supporting our Team in all administration tasks, reporting to the Head of Equity Sales, Switzerland.
From the largest global institutions to innovative new hedge funds, investors come to us for sales, trading, and market-making services in almost every type of financial instruments including stocks, bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange, and commodities. Our professionals provide liquidity and content to clients around the world, actively assessing and managing risk, trading securities, and planning and executing transactions in the fast-changing markets. As the needs of our clients become increasingly complex, we often develop customized solutions.
Assistant to Investment Management team (5 employees in the team)
- Manage itineraries, arrange all travel and all logistics
- Customer support at top management level
- Processing expense reports
- Extensive diary management, meeting set up, conference calls etc.
- Arrange all meeting logistics onsite and offsite, internal and external
- Reservation of meeting rooms, cabs, parking, restaurants, lunches, etc.
- Preparation of agenda for meetings, print outs for review meetings
- Processing incoming, outgoing mails, arrange courier services
- Creation of presentations at team’s request,
- Office management responsibilities for the team (ordering and management of office supplies, managing team’s materials and archives, floor plans, desk setup)
- New Joiner Setup - Coordination with Corporate Services, Tech and HR
- Management and coordination of team’s events
**Job Types**: 100%, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
